Automotive Film Manufacturer

We coat TPU paint protection film, colored PPF, automotive window film and architectural film on our own precision lines in Xuyi, Jiangsu, and supply them to distributors and installation networks — under our brand or theirs. A window film company and a PPF coater in one building, so all four ranges arrive on one container, against one audit.

Four film ranges 6,000 m² cleanroom IATF 16949 Factory direct

Monthly output 2Mm² / month Finished film off three precision coating lines
Quality centre 50+ Imported instruments, all results measured in-house
Inspection 3stages Incoming material, in-line during coating, pre-shipment

LineBuilderCoatingWebHeadRated coating capacity
No.1 Shaanxi Beiren Single-sided, with continuous fabric 1.6 m Micro gravure 4 million m²/month
No.2 Korean AMU Single-sided 1.6 m Slot-die + micro gravure 3 million m²/month
No.3 Korean AMU Double-sided 1.6 m Slot-die + micro gravure 3 million m²/month
Plus 5 slitters and 1 dedicated test line, all inside the 6,000 m² cleanroom Equipment list on the factory page

A note on that first figure, because you will see it written three ways. Our own documents give monthly output as 2 million square metres in one place and 2 million metres in another — finished length and finished area are not the same quantity — while the three coating lines’ rated throughput adds up to a much larger number again, because rated throughput and shipped output never match. We are reconciling the three before we print one, so the unit is flagged rather than guessed. What is not in doubt is the equipment it comes off: three coating lines (one Shaanxi Beiren, two Korean AMU; slot-die and micro-gravure heads, 1.6 m web), five slitters and one test line, all listed with their specifications on the factory page.

What 70% and 20% Actually Look Like

Eight real models from the catalogue, lightest to darkest. Drag the slider: the glass takes that model’s measured visible light transmission, and the three bars underneath are its measured numbers — not a category average. The last stop is the darkest film we make, and it is the one with nothing to show.

VLT80%
IR 95080%
IR 140085%
UV99%

The clearest film in the range. Almost nothing is taken out of the view, so the heat figures are the lowest here too — that trade is the whole reason there are eight of these and not one.

Visible light is drawn in blue, infrared in amber, and the two are never added together into a single “total” figure. We do not publish TSER at all: it is one number built on somebody else’s weighting of a spectrum, and two suppliers quoting it rarely measured the same way. Full tables for every model: nano ceramic, magnetron sputtered, dyed.

YOUR BRAND

Can You Make It Under My Brand?

Yes — and it is the second question nearly every distributor asks, so here it is before the sales pitch rather than buried at the bottom of the page. We coat the film; whose name goes on the carton is a commercial decision, not a technical one. Private label PPF and private label window film are both ordinary business here, whether you are launching a PPF brand of your own or adding film to a PPF business you already run.

Six things you can change

Brand & logo Carton, roll label, warranty card, installation guide
Packaging Carton size, inner wrap, pallet configuration
Core & core label Core diameter and the label printed on it
Width & roll length Slit to the width your plotter feeds, wound to your length
 Thickness PPF 6.5–9.5 mil · safety film 2, 4 and 8 mil
Shade & colour A visible light target, or a shade from the 45-colour book

Three things that never change

  •
The recipeYour private label film is the same formulation off the same line as the one in our own carton. We do not keep a cheaper version for label orders.
  •
The batch recordEvery roll carries a batch number tied to its coating run, whatever name is printed above it. That is what a warranty claim is answered from three years later.
  •
The inspectionIncoming material, in line while the coater runs, and once more before the container is sealed — the same three stages, no shortened route for label work.
  •
The PPF trainingThe installer training programme behind the film does not change either. A distributor whose fitters have been through it sees fewer warranty claims, and that is true whichever name is on the carton.

From enquiry to shipment

  1. 01Enquiry

Tell us the ranges, the market you sell into and roughly the volume. You get a reply from the export desk, not a template.

    1 working day
  2. 02Sampling

Physical swatches of the proposed models, plus the laboratory report behind every figure we publish for them — and a straight answer where a test has not been run.

  3. 03Approval

Artwork proofs for carton, roll label and warranty card. Nothing is printed until you have signed them off.

  4. 04Production

Coated on the line, slit to your width, batch recorded against the coating run, inspected three times.

  5. 05Shipping

Orders are confirmed within six hours and dispatched within twelve. For a first private label run, allow eight weeks from approved brief to first bulk delivery.

    6 h · 12 h · 8 wk

Two things are deliberately not printed here: the minimum order quantity and the sampling turnaround. Both depend on the range and on whether the order is private label, so they are quoted with your prices rather than published as one number that would be wrong for most enquiries. Full terms, territory and what we do and do not commit to are set out in the PPF distributor program.

Where Our Film Ends Up

Two ways in — by the kind of business you run, or by the job the film has to do. Either way the next click lands on a page with the measured data on it.

Why Buyers Choose This PPF Company

Buying PPF from China is a quality question before it is a price question, and it should be. So: six reasons, one line each, and every one of them is a claim you can check before you order — follow the link and the page behind it shows the equipment, the record or the certificate that backs it.

Buying from the coaterWhat we are

  •
One margin. No trading house sits between you and the coating line in Jiangsu, so there is one margin in the price book.
  •
A technical question gets a technical answer. The export desk is in the same building as the coaters and the laboratory.
  •
Container ten matches container one. PPF quality is a consistency problem before it is a specification problem: same recipe, same line, batch recorded against the coating run on the carton.
  •
A claim is answered from a record. A PPF warranty or a window tint warranty is worth what the batch trail behind it is worth — three to ten years only means something if somebody can still find the run.

Buying from a trading houseThe alternative

  •
Two margins. Plenty of the PPF companies you will meet online are trading houses: you pay the coater’s margin and the trader’s, and only one of them answers the phone.
  •
Questions travel. A spec question goes to a supplier you are not allowed to meet, and comes back a week later.
  •
The source can change. When a coater raises prices, a trader changes coater. Your second container is a different film.
  •
No batch trail. There is nothing to trace a claim back to, so a warranty is a sentence rather than a process.

We Own the Lines It Comes Off

Most of the names a distributor meets at a trade fair buy film, print a carton and resell it. The difference shows up the first time something goes wrong with a batch. So rather than claim to be a PPF factory and a window film factory, here is how window film is actually made in this building — five stations, pick any one.

Precision coating line running inside the SolarPro cleanroom Coating hall with the web running between drying ovens Slitting machine cutting a master roll down to finished widths Operators in cleanroom suits moving a finished master roll on a transfer cart Finished SolarPro cartons ready for packing
Station 01 — Coating Three precision lines, 1.6 m web One Shaanxi Beiren and two Korean AMU. Micro-gravure coating runs on all three; slot-die coating on the two AMU lines, one of which coats both sides. The head sits in Class 100 clean room air — on TPU film a single fibre landing in wet coating is a defect nobody can polish out later.

Twelve of the Fifty

“Fifty imported instruments” is a sentence anybody can type. Here are twelve of them with their photographs and the PPF test or window film test each one actually runs — every figure published anywhere on this site came off one of these, in our own building, not off a supplier’s data sheet.

Instruments are only half of it — the other half is that a result gets written down against a batch. Where a test has not been run on a product family, the row on that page stays blank and the page says why, rather than borrowing a figure from a neighbouring product. How quality control is organised.

What a Tender Will Ask to See

Three groups: the management systems an auditor checks, the third-party reports a customs declaration or a tender asks for, and the provincial recognitions that say where the research sits. Each one below says what it actually gates — because “we are certified” means nothing until you know which certificate your order needs.

Management systems & patents

IATF 16949 automotive quality management system certificate issued to Jiangsu Yaosheng

IATF 16949

The first thing a vehicle manufacturer or Tier 1 asks for. Without it you are not in the conversation for first-fit work.
ISO 9001 quality management system certificate issued to Jiangsu Yaosheng

ISO 9001

The ISO 9001 certification almost every purchase order and import agent checks. It is the reason a batch record exists at all.
ISO 14001 environmental management system certificate issued to Jiangsu Yaosheng

ISO 14001

ISO 14001 certification is increasingly required in European and public-sector tenders, and by brand owners who audit their own chain.
National High-Tech Enterprise certificate issued to Jiangsu Yaosheng

High-Tech Enterprise

A state recognition of the research programme, not a product approval. Ask for a current copy — it carries an expiry.
Chinese utility model patent certificate ZL 2023 2 0925042.0 for an adhesive-face coating device, held by Jiangsu Yaosheng New Materials

41 national patents

Mostly utility models on production equipment — the coating line, the compounding tank, the release-film crusher. We engineer the process, not just buy it.

Third-party test reports

SGS third-party test report for SolarPro film

SGS

An SGS test report is issued per product and per method. One example shown — tell us the models you will stock and we send the reports that cover them.
CTSTC test report from the traffic safety product quality supervision and testing centre

CTSTC

The traffic safety product quality supervision centre — the report Chinese and several Asian markets recognise for automotive film.

Where the research sits

Jiangsu Engineering Research Centre for High-Performance Optical Thin Film Materials plaque

Provincial engineering research centre

High-performance optical thin film materials — awarded by the Jiangsu Department of Science and Technology.
Jiangsu Provincial Enterprise Technology Centre plaque

Enterprise technology centre

Provincially recognised, jointly by the economic, science, finance, tax and customs authorities.
Postdoctoral programme workstation plaque

Postdoctoral programme

Held at group level since 2015 — the reason a twenty-person research team exists in a county town.

Certificates carry expiry dates and reports are issued per product, so treat everything above as a starting point rather than a file: ask for current copies with your sample request rather than trusting the dates printed on any supplier’s website, ours included. If the report your market needs has not been run on the model you want, say so early and we will commission it rather than estimate it.

On the Car, Step by Step

No case studies here: we have not yet published a reference with a named customer, a country and a measured result behind it, and we would rather show you real work than invent three. So — eight finished cars, and then the eight steps that put film on a side window, photographed in a working bay rather than drawn.

Eight Steps on a Side Window

Shrink before you trim, trim before you peel, peel before you position. The order is the craft — and it is also what a shop is judging when it decides whether your film is worth retraining installers for.

Cleaning the glass before the film goes on Spraying slip solution onto the glass Heat-shrinking the film to the curve of the glass Working the film with a heat gun Trimming the film to the edge of the glass Peeling the release liner off the film Positioning the film inside the door glass Squeegeeing the solution out from under the film
Step 01 of 08 Clean the glass Everything that goes wrong later is usually something that was on the glass now. The frame edge and the bottom of the run channel take longer than the glass itself.

These are our own photographs from a working bay, not stock images and not a case study. If you are a distributor already selling our film and willing to be named, tell us — a reference with a country, a product and a result on it is worth more to the next buyer than any photograph, and it is the one thing this page is still missing. Paint protection film has its own sequence on the TPU paint protection film page.

Frequent questions

Do you sell to individual car owners?

No. In export markets we sell through distributors and installation centres, and we do not compete with our own partners. If you are a car owner, tell us your city and we will point you at the nearest shop that stocks our film.

It depends on the range and on whether the order is private label, so it is quoted with your prices rather than printed here as one number that would be wrong for most enquiries. Put your expected volume in the form and it will be in the first reply.

Yes — carton, roll label, core size, roll length and warranty card. Allow eight weeks from approved brief to first bulk delivery. What can and cannot be changed is set out in the OEM section above.

We publish visible light transmission, infrared rejection at 950 and 1400 nm, and ultraviolet rejection — each measured separately on our own instruments. We do not publish TSER, because it is one combined number built on somebody else’s weighting. Where a test has not been run on a family, the row stays blank and the page says so — twelve of the fifteen dyed models have no infrared figure for exactly that reason.

A roll of optical-grade PET goes onto one of three coating lines; the functional layer — nano-ceramic, a sputtered metal stack or dye — is laid down by slot-die or micro-gravure head, dried at a controlled profile, then laminated with adhesive and a release liner. It is slit to width, inspected, and the batch number follows the roll out of the door. The five stations above are that sequence, photographed.

Yes, by appointment, Monday to Saturday. Nanjing Lukou (NKG) is about two hours by road. Tell us your dates in the form and we will plan the day around the lines that are running — a plant tour with every machine idle tells you very little.
